Hi,
How about a section of forum helping people build their referrals?
Many forums have Referral exchanges, Referral deals, etc. These forums help users build their referrals largely and the deciding factor is co-users.
We do have Referral Links section in PTCSite. But that is more like advertising our referral links while referral exchanges could help users to build referral mutually.
